Pre Vasectomy Instructions for Office Procedure
- No Aspirin or blood thinners for 1 week before.
- You may have a light breakfast.
- Take a 5-minute shower the day before, and the day of the surgery with Hibiclens or Phisohex soap (can be found at any Walgreen's First Aid Department).
- Patient must shave scrotal area at home before surgery. Use a new razor only.
- Many people can drive home by themselves. We recommend a driver if possible.
